Outreach

The Department of Chemistry, Shiv Nadar University, organized the Advanced Functional Materials for Sustainable Applications (AFMSA) – 2024 Conference on February 9-10, 2024. The event brought together scientists and faculty members to discuss the advancement in functionalized materials to provide sustainable solutions across the sub-disciplines via closing the loop. It also witnessed oral and poster presentations by the invitees and students on areas like Biomaterials, Materials Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, and more. AFMSA 2024 was attended by 190 participants, including delegates and students, and offered a rich program featuring six chair sessions, three plenary lectures, four keynote speakers, fourteen invited lectures, sixteen flash talks, and twenty-four posters.
